I know Jessica that you just had a huge opportunity in riding and I was wondering, if you're the one who'll be pregnant, won't you have to take some time off, and wouldn't that be difficult considering how full time this opportunity is? And hope it's not intrusive in any way, I was just wondering, how did you two made the decision that one or the other should carry the baby?

Haha, good job asking the question I’ve been avoiding thinking about. It’s not just time, it’s money too… not only is this oppostunity super time consuming, it’s going to eat up every last penny I have, even with the help I’m getting.

We’ve never been a hurry though, at least H hasn’t, I’m in a hurry about everything, always, that’s just how I am. There isn’t any way to have both, but I can do one at a time. Right now with these opportunities right in front of me it’s easy to prioritize… we didn’t want a baby for a few years, I have a good few years to show in :)

As for which one of us would physically have the baby… we didn’t have to decide, it just worked out that I want to and she doesnt however I really hope it’s something that people won’t ever really know the answer too as the kid gets older (who carried it..) I really would like people to not know because I think it puts her and I on equal footing as parents. Obviously people will know initially but I think once the kid is a kid and not a baby it won’t be obvious and there won’t be a need to tell anyone.
